Kendra Flowers, RDH, MSDH, is a seasoned clinical leader with over 20 years of experience in dental patient care, education and training, clinical operations, and compliance. She currently serves as the Director of Programs at Harmony Health Foundation, where she leads initiatives that advance innovative care delivery models and expand access to oral health for underserved populations.

Previously, Kendra held executive roles including Vice President of Clinical Excellence at Smile America Partners and Director of Clinical Compliance Operations at Walmart Health. Her career also spans leadership positions with Elite Dental Partners, clinical positions at Heartland Dental, and Pacific Dental Services, giving her a broad perspective on clinical operations across diverse care settings.

Kendra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota. She is deeply passionate about addressing healthcare disparities and continues to champion excellence in the profession through active involvement in organizations such as the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and Women in DSO.

She lives in the Greater Atlanta area with her husband of 21 years and their young son, finding balance between her professional mission and family life.
